Soltec XPM 3 1030

The Vitronics Soltec XPM 3 1030 is a reflow oven operating on a 400 V three-phase 50 Hz power supply. The XPM 3 1030 offers N2 atmosphere operation with True N2-AIR switching and a PC-controlled multi-port O2 sampling system. The XPM 3 1030 is supplied with an 18-inch [457 mm] XCS edge rail conveyor package.[1][2][3]

How it works

The XPM 3 1030 provides separate blower speed controls for primary cells that cover all zones and secondary cells that cover only cooling zones. The oven can be equipped with individual cell sensing to monitor each zone. The conveyor system includes computer controlled rail width adjustment and chain lubrication. Atmosphere management includes the True N2-AIR switching system and multi-port oxygen sampling controlled by a PC. The cooling system is an on-board recirculating chiller called Enhanced Cooling Package 2, providing three zones of cooling using either fin or tube heat exchangers. The oven is also available with a UPS battery backup system for uninterrupted operation.[1][3]
